As the new President of the Sheriff’s Association of Texas Jackson County Sheriff Andy Louderback feels that there is a need to increase the exposure of Texas Sheriff Deputies on the border to secure the country, “Texas holds the key to controlling the border.” Every Sheriff in Texas is affected by criminal elements stemming from the cartels in Mexico, “before you have immigration reform you need to secure the border,” Louderback said.
